Sharon brings 20+ years of experience in Business Development and Leadership to PQI Group. Her passion for high-performance leadership inspired her studies in the fields of Psychology and Behavioural Science. Leveraging her studies and experience, Sharon went on to launch a consulting business specialising in coaching and mentoring of high-performance individuals.

As a catalyst for optimisation across PQI Group, Sharon is leading the company towards a sustainable performance future. Craig joined the PQI Group in 1999. His pathway from apprentice builder to General Manager has forged a depth and breadth of experience in building and business that can be hard to come by. His vast knowledge bank of genuine, hands-on experience across all facets of the business allows us to consistently deliver complex luxury fitouts for our clients.
